Exam Tips & Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to enter every exam prepared, confident and ready to perform your best.

Arrive on Time

Be at the examination venue at least 15 minutes before your paper starts. Late arrivals may not be admitted after 30 minutes.

Bring Your ID & Stationery

Carry your student card or ID document to every session. Bring pens, pencils, rulers and a non-programmable calculator where permitted.

No Mobile Phones

Phones must be switched off and left outside or in your bag. Any phone found on your person during an exam is considered misconduct.

Revise Past Papers

Past exam papers are available in the school library. Practising under timed conditions is the single most effective revision strategy.

Eat & Rest Well

A good night's sleep and a proper breakfast before your exam improves concentration and memory recall significantly.

Use Academic Support

Extra classes and peer tutoring sessions are available free of charge. Speak to your teacher or the HOD if you need additional help.

Need Help Preparing for Exams?

Contact the school office or your subject teacher to arrange extra classes and past paper sessions.
